ALL RETURNS HAVE TO HAVE PLASTIC WRAPPER ON PERFUME BOX, BOX UNOPENED.

Élysiane Fragrances & OUDIYA

Thank you for shopping with Élysiane and OUDIYA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We take great care in the creation and handling of our fragrances. Due to the personal nature of perfume, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date only if all of the following conditions are met:

 

  • The product is unused

  • The original plastic seal is completely intact

  • The box is unopened and unaltered

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

 

If the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with in any way, or if the box has been opened, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

No exceptions will be made.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products with damaged, missing, or removed seals

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

 

Due to health and safety regulations, opened perfumes cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted for return.

 

 

Return Process

Once your request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.

 

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

 

 

Inspection & Refunds

 

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return meets our eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

 

If the return does not meet the stated conditions, the item will be rejected and returned to the sender.

 

 

Exchanges

 

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 24 hours after the returned product passes inspection.

 

 

Policy Updates

 

Élysiane and OUDIYA reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time at our sole discretion.
